2. What information should I include with my payment?
You must include your character's name and one of the delivery towns where we will meet for delivery. We will not be able to deliver anything without your character's name.

About Gold delivery
For the first time order, please contact our live help and reply a confirmation email via your paypal mail box after placed the order, or the delivery will be delayed.
We will deliver gold within 24 hours after payment, and you will get refund after 48 hours if we lack of golds that you ordered.

GameVive DOES NOT ACCEPT paypal with unverified status and unconfirmed address. For bulk orders more than $100, you had better to pay by Western Union, or we must verify paypal legitimacy by a request for copies of bill, driving license or ID card.

Safety
1. Is it safe for me to pay online?
It's safe. There is a link leading you to paypal page when you pay. The information that you should provide is for paypal but NOT for GameVive. So GameVive cannot get any information about your credit card or your password.
2. Is your leveling account safe?
The safety of your account is the chief concern for us. We will not use any cheat and exploit during the leveling. During the leveling, we will not let your account make following activities, such as Player-Kill, Steal, Verbal violence or any other unethical in-game activities.
3. Confidentiality
We have very strict internal policy to ensure that all information concerning your account will be confidential. We will never ask any vital information such as password question or password hint that will threat your account safety.
